Cancellation Policy
This Gift Coupon & Voucher Policy ("Policy") governs all digital or physical gift certificates, promotional vouchers, discount codes, and credit notes (collectively, "Vouchers") issued by Maniwell Global (Pty) Ltd or its trading divisions, including Honor Our Hands™ and Maniwell Precision. By purchasing, redeeming, or accepting a Voucher, you agree to the terms below, which supplement the general Maniwell Living Terms & Conditions. 1. ISSUANCE & REDEMPTION CATEGORIES Vouchers issued by Maniwell Global fall into two distinct operational categories: 1.1 Executive Service Vouchers (Honor Our Hands™): Redeemable exclusively against high-ticket strategic services, including Executive Brand Architecture, Somatic Coaching, and Corporate Alignment Retainers. 1.2 Hardware & Physical Goods Vouchers (Maniwell Precision / Maniwell Living): Redeemable against physical manufactured products, including luxury hardware, stainless steel personal care items, and consumer goods sold via our official portals. 1.3 Cross-Division Restrictions: Unless explicitly stated in writing on the face of the Voucher, Vouchers issued for Executive Services cannot be applied toward physical hardware purchases, and vice versa. 2. EXPIRATION & VALIDITY PERIODS 2.1 Purchased Monetary Vouchers: Vouchers purchased for full cash value remain valid for three (3) years (36 months) from the date of purchase, or for the maximum period permitted under applicable regional consumer legislation (including South African Consumer Protection Act and Hong Kong Consumer Council regulations). 2.2 Promotional, Complimentary & B2B Retention Vouchers: Vouchers issued free of charge, as part of a corporate partnership, executive session add-on, or marketing promotion, expire 3 years from issuance or on the explicit promotional expiry date printed on the Voucher. 2.3 Expired Balances: Upon expiration, any remaining unused balance is forfeited and rendered null and void. 3. RESTRICTIONS, LIMITATIONS & TRANSFERABILITY 3.1 Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers carry no cash value and are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or swapped for physical cash, bank transfers, or credit adjustments under any circumstances. 3.2 Single-Use & Stacking Limits: Unless explicitly authorized during enterprise billing, only one (1) Voucher code may be applied per transaction or consultation retainer contract.
