The Experience
It is a dance of sensations.
Each week the class will offer different movements, but the style of moving remains the same – slow, quiet, listening to yourself and your sensations. It is all in the way you move.
The movements are small, and you may wonder how something seemingly so easy, when you are used to making strong efforts in sport, can make such a difference to your movement ability.
The magic is how we connect our awareness to our movements to make the changes. The topics will include breathing better, unchaining your shoulders, floor-to-standing spiral body roll, visual-motor coordination, and kinetic chain linkage.
