The Way of A Effortless Warrior

The purpose of Tai Chi Whipstaff Academy of Hong Kong (Tai Chi Bian Gan Association of Hong Kong) exists to empower high performers, executives, and conscious leaders to actively live the Six Establishments (六立) in their daily lives. We go far beyond teaching Tai Chi forms.
We guide our members to cultivate embodied leadership — developing unshakable clarity, inner strength, emotional mastery, and a presence that inspires others. Membership is not only about movement skill — it is about building character, responsibility, and a meaningful life that creates a positive impact for their families, teams, and communities.
This academy exists to help High Performers, Executives, and Leaders actively practise the six principles in daily life. Membership is not only about training skill — it is about cultivating character, responsibility, and a life that benefits others.
